Grady defends Woodstock Club title 7-and-6 victory over Glenn Miller in the 36-hole match.

Champions were crowned in three other flights Sunday involving 18-hole matches. Chester Robbins topped John Frahm 2-and-1 to capture First Flight honors.

In the Second Flight, George Pattison weathered Ray Guerin’s comeback from 4-down at the turn to prevail 1-up on the 19th hole.

Dave Palmer secured the Third Flight crown with a 7-and-6 triumph over Bill Harder.

Junior Family Scramble
Our family scramble tournament and barbeque is a wonderful event to share our course with your family. It’s a free fun 9 hole afternoon event with a barbeque afterwards. Bring your family (must include one junior) and enjoy a great opportunity to share are course.

Restaurant's Grand Opening on July 10

The much-anticipated grand opening of The Pub at the Club: An American Bistro, the new restaurant and bar at Woodstock Golf Club, will take place at 6 p.m. on Friday, July 10. All members are invited to attend the festivities and to bring guests if they wish. A charge of $20 per person includes one drink and an open buffet.

"Pro Short Cuts"Clinics -Sundays-Free
I will be offering a weekly clinic this year on Sunday afternoons at 2 pm called Pro Short Cuts. These clinics are free to all members and each member is allowed to bring a guest with them free of charge. I will spend about 20 minutes presenting a shot designed to take strokes off of your game and include practice drills to foster improvement. After the presentation, I will be available to answer questions and help attendees to execute the shot discussed. These clinics will begin on May 3rd. Please sign up in advance.

After these wonderful clinics we are having an informal Nine Hole couples tournament. Golf, Cart and Prizes Twenty five dollars per team.
